Consultant - Digital Transformation
We are seeking a Consultant to join our team, focusing on digital transformation projects. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with clients to design and implement strategic change initiatives.
About the Role:
* You will have the opportunity to work with multiple clients across various industries, playing a key role in designing and building innovative solutions to meet their needs.
* You will support transformations using our change management approach, including stakeholder assessment and engagement, communication strategy and delivery, change impact assessment and change readiness, training strategy, design and delivery, and workforce transition plans.
* You will contribute to client issues by utilising your personal insight and experience to solve complex problems.
* You will perform analysis to determine client needs and recommendations, utilising a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools, and technology.
About You:
* You should have experience delivering change management services for transformations in one of technology implementation, organisation design, cultural change, or operation model change.
* You should have worked in the Government and Public Sector, across any of Central Government, Local Authorities, Defence, Policing and Justice, Education, Health, and/or the Housing, Charitable and Third Sector.
* You should possess strong process and analytical skills, as well as excellent facilitation, communication, and data analysis skills.
