Reporting to the Quality Manager your key duties will involve Carry out hourly product checks on production line Ensure product is produced to the customer specifications.
Perform routine traceability product checks Investigating and reporting and non-conforming material in production areas Prepare export pre-shipment reviews for DAFM Specification administration Conducting GMP/Glass and Hard Plastic Audits within the laboratory and production areas Partake in any additional projects that will improve the QA area Carry out testing in line with DAFM requirements Stock control for all laboratory equipment and chemicals Sample preparation for External laboratory We are looking for Food Science/Food Technology qualification or related Previous experience working in a food environment would be a distinct advantage Working hours Monday - Friday Week 1 5am - 2.30pm Week 2 8am - 5.30pm What's in it for you?
