Human Factors Engineer Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Factors Engineer to join our European R&D and innovation hub.
This position will support the development of Class I to Class III medical devices, ensuring high standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and patient safety throughout the product lifecycle.
* A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in usability engineering, preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical industries (syringe related projects a plus)
* Experience in gathering HF data and feeding that into design teams as design inputs
* Risk documentation expertise, including DFMEA, UFMEA, design inputs tables, and DHF documents
* Proficiency in applying the IEC 62366 standard for medical device development
* Ability to set up, conduct, and conclude usability trials, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in experimental design and user research methodologies
* Strong ability to analyze human behavior and performance
