Electrical Quantity Surveyor Role
The role of an Electrical Quantity Surveyor involves overseeing the commercial lifecycle of projects from tender to final account.
* Prepare detailed budgets and develop Bill of Quantities (BOQs), profit plans, and commercial reports.
* Manage interim commercial meetings with clients and internal project teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Provide regular commercial status updates as required.
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess a 3rd level qualification in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying, have previous experience working on electrical projects, and demonstrate knowledge of contract law. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are also essential, along with high attention to detail and accuracy.
