Part-Time Recruiter / Office Administrator
Location: Office 6A (8), Brookfield Enterprise Centre, Rossfield Avenue, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
Hours: Part-Time (2025 hours per week, flexible scheduling)

As our team grows, we are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join us as a Part-Time Recruiter / Office Administrator.
*Role Overview*
This dual role involves recruiting top talent for our care team while also supporting the daily administrative functions of our office. You will be the first point of contact for potential candidates, help organise interviews, manage documentation, and ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
*Key Responsibilities*
Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from job posting to interview scheduling
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates for various roles within the company
Conduct phone interviews and liaise with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate staff records and assist with onboarding new hires
Provide general office administration support, including managing correspondence, filing, and data entry
Assist with payroll preparation and HR documentation as required
Support the management team with ad hoc administrative tasks
*Key Requirements*
Previous experience in recruitment, office administration, or a similar role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
