Overview
This is a newly created role with a clear mandate: to build and lead a Company Secretarial (CoSec) service line with the potential to scale rapidly in the coming years. The client is a leading professional services firm undergoing significant growth across its Consulting Division, investing in its Outsourcing services, including a dedicated Company Secretarial function. Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 3 days in office).

Responsibilities
* Lead CoSec Strategy – Develop and deliver the roadmap for a scalable Company Secretarial service line.
* Client Leadership – Act as the face of the practice, building relationships and representing the firm in the market.
* Team Management – Manage and grow a small but capable team, driving performance and professional development.
* Service Delivery – Ensure compliance and quality standards are met across all CoSec engagements.
* Business Growth – Drive client acquisition, cross-selling, and market opportunities to expand revenue.
* Collaboration – Work with tax, outsourcing, and consulting teams to deliver integrated solutions.
* Innovation – Introduce best practice, technology, and processes to enhance client delivery.
* Strategic Contribution – Play an active role in shaping the wider Consulting Division’s future growth.
Qualifications
* Qualified Company Secretary or legal professional with strong Company Law expertise.
* 8+ years’ experience, ideally in a Top 10 firm or similar practice background.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a CoSec or compliance function.
Role and reporting
Reporting into Partners within the Consulting Division, you will:
