Estimator Role We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our commercial team in Ireland.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong local market experience and excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills to work on high-quality residential apartment developments and conservation / heritage construction projects across Ireland.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for new apartment and conservation projects; Analyse drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, and subcontractor packages; Obtain and evaluate subcontractor pricing; Work closely with the Commercial Design Construction teams to develop competitive bids; Assist with value engineering risk analysis; Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations procurement practices industry standards.
