About the Role
You will work closely with clinical neurologists, clinical geneticists, and research scientists to discover how genetics influences neurological diseases. You will process large NGS and GWAS genetic datasets, quantify polygenic risk scores from common variation, apply methods to annotate variants etc.
A key part of this role is developing predictive models that integrate genomics data into diagnostic medicine for personalized treatment options.
