Catering Assistant –Dún LaoghaireJoin a fast-paced healthcare facility in Dún Laoghaire as a Catering Assistant.
This frontline role supports patient nutrition through food prep, service, and hygiene.
Ideal for candidates with 6–12 months' experience in healthcare or a similar kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:Prepare and serve meals and drinks, following dietary guidelines.Ensure kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment are kept clean and hygienic.Deliver meals to wards and assist patients during mealtimes.Follow HACCP and infection control procedures.Collaborate with catering and ward teams to maintain smooth operations.Requirements:6–12 months' Catering experience in a healthcare facility or high-volume kitchen.Familiarity with HACCP and food safety standards.Legal Right to Work in Ireland and Garda Vetting clearance.Ability to provide 5 years of work references.Flexible, team-focused, and good communicator.Salary & Benefits:€17.35/hour, with Double Pay on Sundays & Bank Holidays.Day shifts Monday to Friday (7:00 am – 6:30 pm).Weekend availability may be required based on rota.Join a valued healthcare team with daily impact.Supportive environment and potential for ongoing work.About Us:At 3Q Recruitment, We Operate a People-First Approach.
