Clubhouse Operations Manager A well-established premium golf and leisure operation is seeking an experienced Clubhouse Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations within a busy, service-led clubhouse environment. This role carries full responsibility for the operational, financial, and people performance of all clubhouse activities, including hospitality, bar and lounge services, and member-facing facilities. Role Overview Reporting to senior management, the Clubhouse Operations Manager will oversee all operational areas of the clubhouse, ensuring consistently high standards of service, strong commercial performance, and a positive team culture. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organisational, financial, and people management skills.
