We work with clients nationwide, to ensure Wealth Development through multi-channel cashflows that are structured tax efficiently.Role Overview:This position offers an exciting opportunity to join our newly established Risk & Capital Transfer team and contribute meaningfully to the efficiency of our operations. As a Client Service Executive, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and play a critical role in facilitating the successful execution of new policies for both new and existing customers.Responsibilities:Act as a key liaison between clients and life insurance providers, ensuring swift communication to progress underwriting and policy issuance.Proactively follow up with insurance company underwriting departments to reduce delays and improve turnaround times.Keep clients regularly updated on the status of their applications, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and clarity.Identify and escalate any bottlenecks or process issues that could impact client cashflows or timelines.Work closely with the Broker Support team and Financial Advisors to ensure a seamless client experience from application to approval.Skills and Experience:Prior experience in a customer or client facing role in the financial services industry.Background in life & pensions, wealth management or financial services industry required.Must have completed or be actively working toward QFA.
