What is the Opportunity?
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Senior Investor Client Services Officer
to join their Shareholder Services team on a 4 month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients by effectively managing investor queries via email and phone. While proficiency in a European language such as German or Italian is a plus, it is not a requirement. Beyond query management, you will take on various ad-hoc tasks, including reporting and assisting fellow team members.
Key Responsibilities
Operations:
* Respond to both standard and ad-hoc queries from Investors and Distributors as needed.
* Handle telephone inquiries professionally and knowledgeably, ensuring an exceptional investor experience.
* Prepare and arrange standard and ad-hoc client and regulatory reports.
* Collaborate with other FDS teams to ensure timely resolution of queries and requests.
* Escalate issues as necessary to ensure swift resolution.
* Maintain and adhere to updated procedures and checklists.
* Participate in assigned projects.
* Contribute actively to team workshops and weekly meetings.
* What do you need to succeed?
* Demonstrated ability to provide high levels of customer service in a high paced environment.
* Experience in Shareholder Services or a similar customer services position.
* Preferred
* European Language proficiency would be beneficial.
* Experience in financial services industry in an operations environment
* Customer Orientation/Investor experience
