* Utilize industry knowledge and experience to design and create bespoke kitchen and fitted furniture products
* Operate various CNC and joinery equipment, with a focus on precision and quality
* Maintain attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process
* Work independently and demonstrate self-motivation, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Travel nationwide for multiple projects, utilizing own transport or ensuring access to reliable transportation
* Split work location between workshop-based and site-based settings nationwide
