The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Key Remit of your Role:1. Strategic Vision & ExecutionDevelop Strategy: Enhance and improve upon the Payment Integrity Business Process Improvement & Transformation Strategy, ensuring it is aligned with core values and business goals.Lead Initiatives: Drive the implementation of continuous and strategic improvements to lead the payment integrity function and change programme road map, with a goal of achieving significant cost savings of 1Billlion + against short to medium plans, through improved categorisations, efficiencies, synergies.Transformation Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for a multi-year transformation roadmap, collaborating with product, technology, and analytics leaders to ensure successful execution and benefit realization.2. Operational ExcellencePerformance Management: Partner with Operations and Analytics to create a high-performing process that exceeds all key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).Benefit Tracking: Ensure operational improvements are accurately tracked and measured by establishing statistical control models for value streams. Drive changes to performance metrics in partnership with Finance and Analytics to ensure benefits are accurately reflected in the P&L.Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide guidance and assistance to internal and external partners to ensure programs and strategies are implemented effectively and deliver value.3. Leadership & InfluenceCulture of Innovation: Lead and inspire a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and adaptability across all levels of the organization.Organisational Change and Influencing: Drive change initiatives across the organisation, ensuring they are effectively communicated and successfully implemented.
