Field Support Engineer Role
We are seeking a skilled Field Support Engineer to join our team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Main Responsibilities:
o Responding to complex technical issues from the 1st Line Service Desk and troubleshooting problems.
o Conducting in-depth analysis to find root causes and deliver lasting solutions.
o Providing clear, helpful technical guidance to end-users, both remotely and on-site.
o Logging incidents and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system for effective tracking and knowledge sharing.
o Maintaining system performance, identifying risks, and taking preventative measures.
o Contributing ideas and feedback to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
