Main purpose of the role:
Manage and motivate your team, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively and to provide our customers with the very best customer service experience at all times.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
2 years experience in a customer service facing role is desirable
The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure
The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.

Set the standard for other employees in relation to rotation, merchandising and facing off

About the locality: This position is for our Navan Store.
Birds SuperValu Beechmount Shopping Centre Navan.
Full Time 39 hours (Including during the academic year)
Start and finish times are approximate but will include morning, afternoon and evening shifts.
The successful candidate must be available to work across these hours.
As a Supervisor you are required to use specialised equipment and process alcohol/tobacco sales, therefore you must be 18 or over to work in our store.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Monday shift: 12:00 to 22:00
Wednesday shift: 12:00 to 22:00
Thursday shift: 10:00 to 19:00
Friday shift: 13:00 to 21:00
Saturday shift: 09:00 to 18:00
