We are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team and are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What The Day Will Look LikeYou will be part of ACIA’s Business Platforms Insights division, delivering insight and innovation through data, analytics, engagement and consultancy services to colleagues, insurers and/or reinsurers across the full spectrum of insurance, reinsurance, and capital markets. The Senior Data Analyst will work on high-value analytics projects using Aon’s analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) supported by our data warehouse (AWS, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.).ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate expertise in analytics and data insights using tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Trifacta, etc.Interrogate databases such as AWS, Snowflake, SQL Server, Redshift, and related data sources.Ways Of WorkingDeliver through Agile Scrum/Kanban, managing the product backlog and requirements as articulated by product owners.Collaborate with colleagues across technology, data engineering, data science, project management, and other functions.Learning And DevelopmentWork with peers to implement best practices of analytics and insights.Upskill through focused training and self-learning; participate in Data Analyst Chapter forums and activities.How This Opportunity Is DifferentYou will join a diverse and inclusive team with support and knowledge-sharing to help you succeed.
