?? Key Responsibilities:
Assess residents' interests and abilities to create personalized activity plans
Lead a variety of recreational activities: arts & crafts, games, fitness, and social outings
Organize special events like holiday celebrations and birthday parties
Foster community spirit and encourage resident participation
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
Maintain accurate records of participation and adapt programs as needed
Collaborate with nursing staff, caregivers, and families
Manage activity supplies and procure materials as needed
? What We're Looking For:
Experience in an activity coordinator or recreation role (preferably in elder care or healthcare)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Creativity and enthusiasm for planning engaging activities
Team player with a compassionate, patient approach
Certification in recreational therapy or a related field (preferred but not essential)
