What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinate international shipments by Air, Ocean and/or Road
Manage import/export documentation and customs clearance
Communicate with carriers and clients to ensure smooth delivery
Provide proactive updates and manage customer expectations
Issue accurate billing and shipping instructions
Track shipments and resolve delays promptly
What We're Looking For:
Experience in freight forwarding (Air, Ocean or Road)
Knowledge of import/export regulations and processes
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Able to work independently and take initiative
A strong team player who thrives in a start-up setting
What You'll Get:
