Key Responsibilities

* Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including telephone, letter, and correspondence.
Requirements
* 1-2 years of customer service experience.
* Leaving Certificate qualification.
* Desirable: call center experience, graduate status.
* Possess excellent negotiation skills, ability to work to targets and deadlines.
* Native-level English proficiency.
