Role Description
This position is a panel-based faculty role available globally. While geographic location may affect opportunities for in-person work, we also offer remote assignments that can be completed from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. We seek a Freelance Organisational Development and Leadership Specialist Partner responsible for designing and facilitating leadership development programmes and training sessions informed by inclusive strategies, effective leadership, and innovative solutions.
The Faculty/Partner operates flexibly across a range of client engagements, offering expertise in organisational development, leadership, and inclusion-driven initiatives that enhance performance and foster sustainable change.
Key responsibilities could include:
Designing and delivering leadership development programmes and training sessions grounded in inclusive, evidence-informed strategies
Executing organisational development initiatives aligned with client needs, context, and strategic priorities
Providing targeted organisational development and leadership consulting services
Managing multiple client projects simultaneously, maintaining quality, pace, and alignment
Fostering strong partnerships with clients and key stakeholders, built on trust, credibility, and impact
Supporting sales and business development activity by identifying client needs, contributing to solution design, and presenting tailored approaches
Maintaining lasting client relationships through consistent delivery, reflective practice, and outcome-focused engagement
