We’re looking for an experienced Automation Engineer to join a leading manufacturing environment. You’ll work on the design, integration, and validation of automated production systems, including PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and servo motion, ensuring high-quality, compliant solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Develop, debug, and validate automation and control software for production lines.
Integrate and troubleshoot complex machine systems, including robotics and high-speed devices.
Create technical specifications and maintain documentation to industry standards.
Support cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, providing guidance and mentoring where needed.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
5–6 years’ experience with automated control systems in machine design, integration, or production.
Strong PLC skills, preferably Allen Bradley ControlLogix/GuardLogix and Schneider/Pilz Safety PLCs.
HMI/SCADA experience (Wonderware InTouch/ArchestrA, FactoryTalk View).
Experience with servo motion, robotics, and machine vision.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to printer systems, BCR, RFID, or distributed systems.
Experience in validated environments with strong change control.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
