Bodyshop Administrator

Role Overview
Responsible for processing all damages (in life & end of life) that require Bodyshop assessment & repair. Ensuring vehicle downtime days are in line with agreed KPI's. Ensuring that no more than 2% of the Dublin Fleet are in Bodyshop at any one time.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Take additional images of damaged vehicles as required for inclusion in the damage pack.
- Upload damage pack files/images to the shared drive/damage fleet.
- Carry out QC (Quality Check) on vehicles returning from Bodyshop repair to qualify repair condition.
- Notify the Workshop Manager of QC outcomes for repair acceptance or fail.
- Manage and monitor vehicles in Bodyshop.
- Manage damage pack to satisfy requests for missing or poor-quality documentation, further documentation/information, or images as required.
- Be the point of contact for Service Department and other Business Areas for queries or support.
- Offer training support to Satellite Branches as needed.
- Liaise with Asset Department for vehicle collection/movements, advising if vehicle is drivable or requires recovery.
- Ensure job cards are raised in a timely manner and keep CAP updated.
- Update internal and external customers on repair progress.
- Handle emails and letters as required.
- Communicate daily with external Bodyshop.
- Conduct weekly and monthly fleet audit reporting.
- Maintain filing.

Person Specification - Education, Qualifications, and Training
- Leaving Certificate including Maths & English or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle panels and maintenance.
- Experience in a Bodyshop at any capacity.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent Customer Service and relationship building.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to perform under pressure.
- IT literate; competent in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Enthusiastic personality with a can-do attitude.
- Team player and adaptable to change.
- Experience in vehicle rental or motor industry preferred.
- Body shop, Warranty, or Workshop experience desirable.
- May suit an apprentice mechanic/panel beater who prefers an administrative role.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of €30,000 DOE per annum, pro-rata, in addition to:
