Munster Solar is one of Ireland's leading solar energy companies, proudly based in Tipperary. We are a family-run business operating in the renewable energy sector since 2018. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to join our expanding team. This is a full-time, office-based position with opportunities for development and career progression for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities**
* Guide customers through the SEAI grant process, including account setup and application submission.
* Manage customer service calls and handle all grant-related emails and telephone enquiries.
* Prepare and submit NC6 and NC7 forms for new customers.
* Upload required documentation and ensure correct photographs are submitted to the SEAI portal.
* Schedule staff for site visits, technical surveys, and installations.
* Use CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records (current and past).
* Coordinate BER assessments.
* Perform general administrative duties as required.
Candidate Requirements
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (CRM experience an advantage).
* Ability to use initiative while working effectively as part of a team.
* Skilled at multitasking and prioritising workload.
* Professional, approachable, and customer-focused.
* Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
