The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling custom software development services (Staff augmentation / End to End Project Development) and possess an established network of clients.This role demands an individual who is not only adept at identifying new business opportunities but also capable of leveraging their existing contacts to evangelize our services and drive significant business growth.Key Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the custom software development domain. Utilize your existing network of contacts to introduce our services and generate new leads.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing customized software solutions.Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.Attend industry events and conferences for networking and to stay abreast of the latest industry developments.Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Essential Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, specifically in custom software development services.
