Responsibilities:
1. Conduct pre-shipment trade and regulatory research for international shipments
2. Collaborate with 3rd party vendors
3. Audit and verify shipping documents and external partner documentation for compliance (FCPA, Anti-Bribery)
4. Communicate with brokers and external parties
5. Liaise with Legal and Tax teams for compliant import/export processes
6. Provide timely clearance instructions to customs brokers
7. Troubleshoot problem shipments
8. Ensure STO-related commercial documents are compliant
9. Review and approve:
10. Commercial Invoices (CI)
11. Packing Lists (PL)
12. Airway Bills (AWB) within 24 business hours
13. Enter order forms into internal systems
14. Support Tax and Customs audits with Legal Regional Team
15. Ensure all shipments meet client export/import regulations with Trade Compliance and 3PL teams
16. Complete due diligence on external parties per Legal standards
17. Monitor and manage Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Denied Party Screenings
18. Maintain brokerage performance reports
19. Coordinate resolution or escalation of international customs-hold shipments
20. Research compliance and shipping regulations in emerging markets
Candidate Qualification:
21. Bachelor's Degree in a related field
22. 3+ years in the logistics industry, with exposure to trade compliance, regulations, inventory, or warehouse management
23. 2+ years of domain experience in Hardware Operations
24. Proficiency with spreadsheets, stock management, and forecasting
25. Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
26. Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
27. Knowledge of trade compliance rules and regulations
