Through 4‑week rotations you will gain exposure to every desk within Trading Operations such as Trade Support, Risk Operations, Stock Loan, Corporate Actions and Settlements. Each desk rotation gives you more than just exposure – you own real tasks and deliver projects with immediate, tangible impact on the trading business. Once the programme is complete you will step into a desk role that directly shapes Susquehanna’s performance, equipped with the experience and relationships to make an impact from day one.
