The current opportunity they have is for an Account Director is for a well known healthcare provider based in Limerick.About Your New JobYou will be the Account Director for a new contract based on a large well known healthcare site in Limerick. You will be in control of handover and mobilising the contract from inception as they have only recently won the contract.Contractor Management: Overseeing contractor management for maintenance-related issues specific to SME areas of responsibility.Procurement and Compliance: Handling contractor procurement, materials, equipment procurement, and ensuring JCI program compliance.Operational Training: Coordinating operational training for SME areas of responsibility and managing all technical training requirements.Data Integrity and Budget Control: Maintaining data integrity for all direct and contractor staff, and controlling budget and cost for fixed and variable spend.Quality and Compliance: Ensuring compliance and quality in all aspects of the role, including finite elemental work planning and craft supervision.Full mobilisation & handover of the site.What Skills You NeedMinimum 10 years’ experience in managing an IFM team in a hospital or healthcare setting.Experience mobilising large facilities contracts, ideally within a hospital or highly regulated environmentProven project management skills and experience in managing large, integrated teams.Strong technical services knowledge.EHS and regulatory knowledge and experience are essential.What’s on OfferCompetitive salary of up to €100kCar allowance, healthcare and pensionOpportunity to mobilise your own large contract and be part of the process from inceptionWork for a global FM company on a high profile site in LimerickWhat’s NextApply now by clicking the “Apply Now" button or call me, Josh Grant on 086 771 8668 or email jgrant@sigmar.ie.
