Job Description
Chefs of all levels are required to join our team in a 4-star hotel. The role involves assisting the head chef, HACCP duties, food preparation, and customer service.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in kitchen operations.
* Perform HACCP duties as required.
* Prepare food for breakfast, lunch, bar-food, restaurant, and functions.
* Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements
* At least 2+ years of experience in a hotel kitchen.
* HACCP training is essential.
* Fluency in English is required.
* Excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
