* To manage the daily operations of the childcare facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
* To lead a team of staff, providing guidance, support and training to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide high-quality care.
* To develop plans for growth and improvement, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within the healthcare sector. A FETAC Level 5 certification is essential. Experience working in community or not-for-profit environments would be advantageous.
