Clinical Placement Co-ordinator Full time, Permanent 37.5 Hour Working Week Salary: Aligned to the Clinical Nurse Manager 2 pay scale as of 1st August 2025: €61,463, €62,481, €63,342, €64,747, €66,300, €67,826, €69,351, €71,068, €72,662, €75,405 €77,666 LSI New appointees to any grade start at the minimum point of the scale. Incremental credit will be applied for recognised relevant service in Ireland (Department of Health Circular 2/2011). Incremental credit is normally granted on appointment, in respect of previous experience in the Civil Service, Local Authorities, Health Service and other Public Service Bodies and Statutory Agencies. The post of Clinical Placement Co-ordinator was established as a result of the Commission on Nursing and plays a key role in guiding and supporting student nurses in assigned clinical areas and in ensuring that clinical placements meet the requirements of the 4-year BSc Nursing (Intellectual Disability) Degree programme, with regard to planned experiences and outcomes.
