Your focus will be on delivering consistent quality to clients while reducing operational risk to IFS.Your area of workYou will professionally manage and process various corporate action events—including change events, exchange offers, AGM/EGM, shareholder consents, mergers, liquidations, and other mandatory or voluntary events—using both CBL and CGSS systems.Your responsibilitiesExecute all Corporate Action events on the custody and banking systemsEnsure that all Corporate Action events are processed within the set timelinesEnsure that Corporate Action cases presented to the Control team are clear and completeMinimise errors in processingEscalate and advise on relevant issues within the teamAssist in project work as requiredAssist in automating and streamlining processes within the teamProvide timely resolutions to client queries where relevantWork collaboratively with a multi‑national team across all IFS locations (Cork, Luxembourg, Prague, and Singapore)Contribute proactively to achieve the team’s targets and objectivesYour profileExcellent communication skills, clear and honestAt least 1 year’s experience in the funds industryExcellent organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesOpen to change and flexibleStrong team player, able to work as part of a multi‑national teamExcellent problem solving ability, solution‑mindful and forward‑lookingExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong customer focusNOTE: This job description is not intended to be all‑inclusive.
