Insurance Policy Administrator
In this role, you will manage client insurance needs including renewals mid-year adjustments and claims handling supporting the Account Director.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle client insurance requirements including renewals alterations and claims.
* Work towards achieving personal financial targets and contributing to sales goals.
* Build strong relationships with customers.
* Collaborate with the team to meet monthly and yearly targets and ensure adherence to processes.
* Assist Account Director(s) with their clients and provide support as needed.
Requirements
1. Qualifications: APA or CIP qualifications
2. Skills: Strong communication teamwork and organizational and attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are crucial.
