Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and acquire new business opportunities across retail, foodservice, and small-medium enterprises markets.
* Optimise relationships with existing accounts to maximise revenue potential.
* Support marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media management, and content creation.
* Utilise CRM and reporting tools to track key performance indicators, sales metrics, and website engagement.
* Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless order fulfilment and exceptional customer experience.
* Re-engage lapsed customers with targeted campaigns to drive repeat business.
Skill Requirements:
* A proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within the retail, FMCG, food, or B2B sectors.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective presentation of product unique selling points.
* Experience with digital marketing tools (Shopify, Google Analytics, or similar is an advantage).
* The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet targets, and work independently.
* A valid full clean driving licence.
