* Set and achieve sales targets with gross profit margin, net margin, waste, and other KPIs as agreed with Store Manager

* Participate in training and development initiatives, performance assessments

* Merchandise and present store to highest standard following store planograms and guidelines

* Implement planograms correctly, ensure correct range is in place in store
">
* Gain competence with supply procedures - ordering, delivery, stock rotation, control
">
* Manage assigned departments

* Engage with new initiatives, embrace new ways of working
