OverviewSenior Managing Consultant | Recruitment Specialist — My Client are hiring for an IT Service Design Architect to lead the Improvement, Design and Governance of the IT services across the Organisation.ResponsibilitiesService Design & TransitionEnsure designs align with ITIL v4, NIST, and NIS2.Integrate with ServiceNow (CMDB, service catalogue, workflows).Improve existing services for efficiency, compliance, and user experience.Lead Service Transition for ICT projects (aligned with PRINCE2 lifecycle).Work with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Service Management, and Project Delivery teams.Support governance processes and contribute to standards.Engage with stakeholders and external vendors.Documentation & CommunicationPresent solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Required Experience & CompetenciesProven service design or ITSM experience in complex environments.Strong ITIL v4 knowledge.Familiarity with NIST & NIS2 compliance.Proficient in ServiceNow.Broad technical awareness (infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, applications incl.
