Responsibilities Handle customer queries received from multiple channels in a timely and professional manner.
Understand and respond to customer needs, striving to exceed expectations at all times.
Review and process warranty claims and payments with clients.
Prepare, present, and maintain customer service and warranty reports.
Deal with customer and warranty-related queries from B2B customers.
Contribute as part of a dynamic, evolving team working towards shared service standards.
Take personal ownership of enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Knowledge & Skills Highly motivated, passionate, and customer-focused.
Previous customer service experience within the motor industry is an advantage (training provided).
Strong communication skills, with professionalism and warmth when engaging with customers.
Adaptability and confidence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Prior experience in customer-facing roles required.

Package Salary: €32,500 per annum.
