Employment Caseworker
The role of an Employment Caseworker is to provide personalized employment support services to clients referred by the Department of Social Protection.
Key Responsibilities:
* Case Management: Develop and manage a robust case management plan for each client, working towards sustainable, full-time employment.
* Use industry-leading assessment technology to identify client goals, ambitions, and barriers to employment.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to clients, including intensive job search support when the client is job ready.
* Maintain strong knowledge of the local labour market and ensure data protection regulations are fully adhered to.
Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess strong case management capabilities, decision-making skills, relationship skills, and problem-solving skills. They will be able to build rapport and trust with clients, motivate them to own their journey, and achieve change.
