We are seeking a seasoned Medical Sales Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated sales professionals with technical backgrounds to work on innovative medical device projects with international reach.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and engaging new customers. They will represent us at trade shows, site visits, and customer meetings (some travel across Europe expected).
The successful candidate will research and identify potential customers, arranging sales calls and meetings. They will deliver technical product demonstrations, facility tours, and post-sales support.
Prior experience in consultative sales, ideally in MedTech, manufacturing, or software, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have proven ability to build relationships and influence technical and commercial stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and engaging new customers.
* Represent the company at trade shows, site visits, and customer meetings.
* Research and identify potential customers, arranging sales calls and meetings.
* Deliver technical product demonstrations, facility tours, and post-sales support.
* Prepare quotations and manage customer follow-ups.
* Support contract processes including review of Non-Disclosure Agreements.
* Collaborate with project teams by joining weekly customer calls.
* Stay up to date on new products and industry trends.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales logs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* 3+ years' experience in consultative sales, ideally in MedTech, manufacturing, or software.
* Proven ability to build relationships and influence technical and commercial stakeholders.
* Strong technical interest in engineering, manufacturing, or mechanical systems.
* Excellent communication, networking, and active listening skills.
* Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
* Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
