We are currently looking to for an enthuasticFood and Beverage Managerto join the Aloft Dublin city hotelPlease apply if you are interested.Job Responsibilities to include the following:Manage the service of food ans beverage within the hotel's gastropub restaurant, WXYZ Bar, Re:Fuel by Aloft, meeting venues, external area and other areas as required.Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and guest service quality.Co-ordinate/facilitate Food & Beverage and all other departments to ensure that preparations for conferences have been made.Market the Food and Beverage outlets; develop and manage the implementation of menus in consultation with the General Manager & Head Chef. This includes package deals, promotions, displays, decorations and presentations within corporate guidelines to capture more in-house guests and a larger share of the local market to meet/exceed sales and financial goals and objectives.Assist with the preparation of Food and Beverage monthly reports, commenting on key performance indicators.Manage the maintenance/sanitation of the Food and Beverage areas and equipment in the hotel to protect the assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service.Co-ordinate on job training for the F&B department.The ideal Food and Beverage Manager will have:A genuine passion for hospitality, food and drinkGood communications skills with a good command of English, both written and spoken.Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality is essentialA successful track record of managing a teamIf you think you meet the above criteria, please do not hesitate to apply We look forward to receiving your application.
