ABTG serves a diverse client base ranging from small industry sectors to large multinational firms throughout Ireland, facilitating both exporting and importing activities.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Clerk located in Dublin. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, handling phone communications, executing clerical tasks, and supporting executive administrative activities. Day-to-day tasks will include data entry, managing correspondence, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.QualificationsProficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical SkillsStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilitiesExperience in Executive Administrative AssistanceExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and work independentlyProficiency in office software and tools
