Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper
This role is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper. As part of our Waterford City office, you will be responsible for assisting with accounts preparations and tax returns for our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with accounts preparations & Tax returns for our clients
• Data entry
• Bank Reconciliation
• VAT & RCT Returns
• Payroll
• MISC duties as required
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in practice, confident with figures and good computer skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building effective working relationships with clients on your portfolio.
Candidate Profile:
• 2-3 years experience in practice (Essential)
• Confident with figures and have good computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks and focus on meeting deadlines
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential
