 
        
        Hotel Operations Manager – Dublin
Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Operations Manager to join our client's hotel group based in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional to oversee operations across multiple properties, driving service excellence, efficiency, and profitability in a thriving hotel group.
Salary: €55k – €60k
Responsibilities:
 1. Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple hotel properties, ensuring consistent delivery of high standards
 2. Implement and monitor operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
 3. Lead, support, and develop hotel management teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
 4. Drive sales and profitability by identifying opportunities for growth and implementing cost control measures
 5. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
 6. Collaborate with department heads to maintain high performance in rooms, food & beverage, events, and leisure departments
 7. Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management
 8. Champion a guest-focused culture and ensure all hotels consistently exceed guest expectations
 9. Support new hotel openings, refurbishments, and special projects as needed
Requirements:
 10. Proven experience as a Group Operations Manager, Hotel Manager, or Regional Manager in a multi-site hospitality environment
 11. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
 12. Commercial awareness with experience in budget management, cost control, and driving profitability
 13. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
 14. A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
 15. Flexibility to travel across Leinster and adapt to the needs of multiple properties
