Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our partner recruitment efforts. As a Partner Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, converting, and activating new partners in the DACH region.
The successful candidate will drive commercial outcomes for ActiveCampaign by leveraging their expertise in marketing technology and channel sales. They will exhibit advanced skills in pipeline generation, account management, and strategic thinking.
This role requires a high level of urgency, ownership, and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to align technology solutions with complex business problems and utilize their knowledge to solve customer needs.
Responsibilities
* Research target companies and evaluate them based on specific criteria
* Establish and develop contact with high-fit potential partners
* Lead with commercial teaching to discuss joint offers and GTM strategies
* Convert potential partners into official partners
* Guide partners through the Onboarding process and certified consultant program
* Drive the activation motion with partners within a 12-month window
Requirements
Fluent in German
5+ years of solution channel sales and/or partner management experience
Experience with self-generation of pipeline through close sales
High level of urgency, ownership, and time management skills
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation
Ability to align technology solutions with complex business problems
Track record of consistent over-achievement of quotas and revenue goals
