This is a unique opportunity to join the strategic Leadership team at Ireland's Premier Convention Venue.
This is a senior leadership role with real influence over the strategic direction, innovation and operational excellence of event delivery at The CCD, working closely with the CEO and Director Team.
End-to-End Ownership of Event Operations and Client Experience
Full accountability for hospitality, events, technical delivery, furniture and health & safety—ensuring world-class service standards, seamless delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
The CCD hosts mid-sized high end global events and conferences attracting senior corporate professionals and state officials.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and Execute the Event Operations Strategy
* Develop and deliver business plans aligned to The CCD's strategic objectives, contributing to overall venue performance, innovation and financial success.
* Deliver Operational Excellence and Customer Satisfaction
* Maintain and continuously improve service standards across hospitality, events and technical operations, acting as a visible ambassador for customer service and overseeing complaints management.
* Financial and Commercial Management
* Own departmental budgets, forecasting and cost control, ensuring strong financial performance and commercial discipline while supporting the sales process and growth of additional services.
* People Leadership and Performance Management
* Provide strong leadership to Heads of Events, Technical, H&S, Business Support and Furniture teams, focusing on capability building, performance management, engagement and succession planning.
* Governance, Health & Safety and Stakeholder Management
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety, licensing and legislative requirements, manage key external stakeholders and service providers, and provide regular operational updates to the CEO and Board.
