OverviewArea Sales Manager (Southern Ireland) for Chefs/Ex Chefs wanting to get into Field Sales. Salary 55-58,000 Euros basic, excellent bonus, company car and superb benefits including a pension scheme and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate and sell catering products to end users (hotels, restaurants, gastropubs) in the Dublin & Leinster region.Work closely with catering dealerships in the area to build relationships and drive channel business.Develop relationships with existing and new accounts.Effectively manage a sales territory to maximise coverage, drive sales and profitability.Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets.Work Monday to Friday, with normal working hours.The Person / QualificationsIdeal profile is a Chef or Ex-Chef with some sales experience, ideally in foodservice; we will also consider Chefs/Ex-Chefs with any sales experience.Excellent communicator with a confident, driven personality and the ability to succeed in a sales role.Confident presenter/demonstrator; comfortable demonstrating products to teams (e.g., kitchen staff).Ability and credibility to liaise effectively with Head Chefs, Executive Chefs, Development Chefs, and Restaurant Owners.Well organised with the ability to manage a large sales territory; reside in or near the area.Note: Due to anticipated response levels we shall only contact candidates whose applications we wish to progress.
