We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Food and Beverage Service Manager to oversee all food and beverage outlets at our prestigious hotel. This includes leadership of several award-winning venues, from elegant dining to trendy brunch spots.
About the Job
This is a key leadership role focused on service excellence, operational efficiency, and team development, ideal for someone with a proven background in high-volume, multi-outlet hotel environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring F&B teams across outlets, collaborating with kitchen and events teams to ensure seamless guest experiences, maintaining cost controls and staffing levels, and exceeding guest satisfaction benchmarks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years experience in an F&B leadership role (ideally within a 4-star hotel)
* Proven success managing multiple F&B outlets or large-scale hotel restaurant operations
* Excellent communication, team leadership, and guest-service skills
* Financial acumen: forecasting, budgeting, labour planning, and stock control
* Passion for hospitality, sustainability, and guest experience
