Signatus are hiring an experienced
eDiscovery Review Manager
to lead complex, high-stakes document review projects for litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters.
This is a client-facing, fully remote role for someone who knows how to manage the full lifecycle of a review—from initial scoping through to delivery—while overseeing reviewer teams and driving quality and efficiency.
You'll work closely with legal teams and clients, bringing deep knowledge of eDiscovery platforms and review strategy, alongside a strong grasp of how to deliver results under pressure.
If you are an experienced eDiscovery professional who has focused on review stage rather than the technology application and process then this role may be ideal for you.
Document review lawyers and eDiscovery project managers are of high interest and our client can facilitate a variety of contract options including fully employed or consultant based.
To be eligible, you must have UK or Irish residency status as sponsorship options are unfortunately not available.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end management of document review projects (civil and commercial litigation investigations, regulatory disclosures, competition law investigations, product liability inquiries, DSAR's etc)
Scope and design workflows, protocols, and quality control processes
Oversee and mentor contract review teams
Interface with clients and stakeholders to communicate progress, budgets, timelines, and key findings
Apply defensible, best-practice standards across all project phases
Drive use of analytics and advanced tools (Relativity, Reveal, NIUX) to improve accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
Proven experience managing eDiscovery review teams and workflows ideally 5+ years
Law firm background or worked in legal teams within professional services or vendor environments
Strong knowledge of disclosure obligations, privilege, and relevancy standards in the UK and EU
Hands-on experience with
Relativity
,
Reveal
, and/or
NIUX or similar platforms
Confidence in communicating directly with clients, counsel, and senior stakeholders.
Proven experience of client facing role and being main point of contact on projects
Ability to adapt quickly to new subject matter – from white-collar crime to competition law, regulatory investigations etc
Strong project management, organisation, and reporting skills
