Job Title: Procurement Officer
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support the Purchasing and Customer Service teams. As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, maintaining smooth purchasing processes, and ensuring the accuracy of the SPR report.
The ideal candidate will have previous purchasing experience in a similar role, strong teamwork ethic, and communication skills. They should also be able to analyze data, reports, and statistics to support procurement decisions and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Purchasing Manager in developing and implementing the organisation's purchasing strategy.
* Coordinate workloads within the Purchasing and Customer Service teams.
* Release purchase orders and manage stock-related sign-offs.
* Ensure the accuracy of the SPR report.
