Senior PPC SpecialistCore Optimisation, a rapidly growing digital agency and Google Partner/Meta Business Partner is seeking a Senior PPC Specialist with 5+ years' experience to lead and scale high-performance paid search campaigns. This role reports directly to the Head of Paid Media and will also work other key stakeholders across the business.Key Responsibilities:Campaign ManagementLead and optimise PPC campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and paid social platforms.Improve ROI through bid management, ad copy optimisation, keyword strategy, and landing page refinement.Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.Plan and execute A/B tests across ads, audiences, and landing pages.Data & ReportingAnalyse campaign data and deliver clear, actionable insights on core KPIs.Identify trends, forecast performance, and recommend scaling strategies.Use GA4, Looker Studio, and platform analytics to track results.Strategy & CollaborationAlign PPC strategy with wider digital marketing and business objectives.Develop growth-focused plans for lead generation, acquisition, and revenue.Stay up to date with platform changes and industry best practices.Client CommunicationAct as the primary contact for PPC performance and strategy.Present insights and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.Support and mentor junior team members.Budget ManagementManage and forecast PPC budgets to ensure efficient spend and strong ROI.Track and report monthly budget performance.Requirements5+ years managing high-ROI PPC campaigns.Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; Meta Ads experience a plus.Proficient with GA4, Shopify, Looker Studio, and SEMrushStrong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.Experience in A/B testing, automation, keyword research, and audience targeting.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Advanced Excel proficiency.Understanding of how PPC integrates with SEO, Social, Content, and CRO.Level 6+ Digital Marketing qualification desirable.What to Expect:Competitive salary DOEHybrid working modelYearly profit share bonusRegular Social EventsTake a look at our website for further information on who we are and how you can grow your career with us: Careers | Core Optimisation
